"The efficiency of one of the packaging machines in a pharmaceutical factory has been enhanced and developed to achieve the following results:
1. A 5-liter package that was filled in 13 seconds before the modification is now filled in 8 seconds.
2. A 10-liter package that was filled in 16 seconds before the modification is now filled in 12 seconds.
3. A 20-liter package that was filled in 26 seconds before the modification is now filled in 18 seconds.
This improvement was achieved through a fully automated system of pumps, stainless steel 316 works, and automatic air valves controlled entirely by the electrical panel and PLC program. This results in the client's ability to save time and increase production in the long term."
